Ropes & Gray labor & employment partner Jeffrey Webb (Boston and San Francisco) will discuss developments and nuances in private class actions as part of the American Conference Institute’s 22nd Wage & Hour Claims and Class Actions Summit, which takes place on September 29-30 in Los Angeles, California. The panel will address class action certification, obtaining decertification, hybrid class action certification, and managing and defending against Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims.
