Mark Bellomy to Speak at “Understanding the Intellectual Property License 2015” Seminar

Intellectual property transactions partner Mark Bellomy (Boston) will speak at a seminar titled “Understanding the Intellectual Property License 2015”  on Nov. 9 –10 at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) in New York. The course provides an overview of how to negotiate and draft effective license agreements for the licensor or licensee, the different kinds of licensing agreements, and the business and legal issues related to them.

Mark will present a continuing legal education (CLE) program on Nov. 10 titled “Mock Negotiation of a License Agreement,“ that will address: simulated license agreement negotiation; drafting techniques of specific clauses; explanations of license provisions; negotiation techniques to develop compromises and business term identification.

Mark will co-host the program with Mark Grossman of Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt, LLP.
