Health care practice co-chair Tim McCrystal (Boston) will moderate a panel on “Value-Based Health Care: Emerging Business Models & Legal Risks” at the Consero Healthcare General Counsel Forum in Austin, TX on Oct. 29. The panel will address key lessons from implementing value-based arrangements, partnership and collaborations for successful transaction and risk analysis.
Panel participants include health care partner Michael Lampert (Boston), Christopher Panczner, Montefiore Health System Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Angela Vieira, Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center Vice President and General Counsel, and Mark Zemelman, Kaiser Permanente Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary in the National Legal Department.
In addition, Mr. Lampert and Mr. McCrystal will moderate “A Global Reach: Considering International Affiliations” roundtable on Oct. 29 for general counsels that will examine key questions for health care organizations expanding abroad, pitfall avoidance and different types of international affiliations.
