Michael Kurzer to Speak at New York City Bar on IP Issues for Venture-Backed Companies

IP transactions counsel Michael Kurzer (New York) will speak on “Representing Venture-Backed Companies” at the New York City Bar on March 11.

The panel will address venture financing transactions with insights on efficient negotiation and execution. Topics include assessing and securing IP, valuation and deal structure, deal terms and regulatory frameworks.
