The continuing legal education webinar will guide counsel for academic medical centers, universities and other federal grant recipients on the Office of Inspector General's (OIG) self-disclosure protocol and its new guidance for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services grant recipients.

The discussion will provide best practices for self-disclosure and grant compliance, including the types of violations for which sanctions may be imposed, tools for resolving grant compliance concerns, when to disclosure and to whom, and preserving privileged communications.
