Mergers & acquisitions and capital markets partner Emily Oldshue (Boston) will present at the Bloomberg Law webinar on “Private Equity: Evolving Deal Terms & Exits Including SPACs” on August 5, 2021. 

The webinar will examine newly emerging financial and legal structures behind the private equity boom including how they are shaping the deal process, documentation, and deal terms.

Presenters will also explore criteria for exits — whether to a larger investor, merging into a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), or by traditional IPO. The webinar will also touch on specific industry trends, including the current focus on climate/Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) companies, renewable energy, and sustainable infrastructure.
