On Friday, November 19, 2021, litigation & enforcement partner David Hennes and strategic transactions partner Craig Marcus participated in the virtual “Corporate Governance Bootcamp” event presented by the Council of Institutional Investors and NYU School of Law’s Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance. David moderated, and Craig participated in, a panel titled “Governance of Young Public Companies.” Ed Rock, co-director of the NYU Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance, co-moderated the panel with David. Tim Walsh, president and CEO of CCMP Capital and Barbara Yanni, director of Trevana, Vaccinex and Akcea, also participated in the panel discussion.
