Head strategic advisor of Ropes & Gray’s Advanced E-Discovery and A.I. Strategy Group, Danielle Davidson led a panel at ILTACON 2023, a multi-day conference for legal technology industry experts focused on advanced strategies for addressing complex data in a global context.
During the session, “On the Cutting Edge of Short Message Collection, Review, and Production: How Do We Slice and Dice This Challenging Data Source?,” Danielle and fellow panelists addressed the evolution of short message communication and collaboration, challenges faced by the e-discovery industry, and opportunities to efficiently and effectively manage short message data. Leading up to the panel, Danielle worked with a leading industry think tank to find solutions for navigating the increasingly voluminous and complex nature of chats, texts, and app-based communications. The issue is particularly acute for the financial sector, as noted by the recent SEC sweep, and all global corporations.
