Ryan Rohlfsen to Discuss Key Regulatory Developments in Corporate Compliance

Litigation & Enforcement partner and co-chair of the firm’s anti-corruption and international risk practice, Ryan Rohlfsen, will serve as a speaker at the Association of Corporate Counsel Chicago seminar, Corporate Compliance: Monaco Memo and Key Regulatory Developments. The seminar will examine topics such as the Monaco Memo’s impact on corporate compliance departments, key regulatory developments and enforcement actions, and practical considerations for organizations as they continue to evolve their compliance programs to meet regulatory needs. Ryan’s panel will present some unique insights into the blizzard of memos, speeches, and policy announcements from Washington.

A former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and former member of the DOJ's elite unit responsible for global enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Ryan has been practicing in the area of international government enforcement and compliance risk mitigation for two decades.
