Mark Cianci to Present at NFT.NYC 2023
Litigation & enforcement counsel Mark Cianci will present at the NFT.NYC 2023 conference at Hudson Yards in New York City on April 14. The conference attracts some of the blockchain industry’s leading innovators, investors, artists, attorneys, and service providers focused on the non-fungible token space.
Mark’s session is entitled “The Legal and Regulatory Evolution of NFTs: What's Coming and What You Can Do About It.” He plans to discuss recent litigation and enforcement developments complicating the treatment of NFTs as potential securities; some practical considerations for creators, developers, and owners looking to operate and trade in a compliant manner; and some strategies for optimizing outcomes should private or government litigation ensue.
