Ropes & Gray investment management partner Michael Doherty recently addressed an audience of mutual fund directors at a luncheon sponsored by the industry publication, BoardIQ. Doherty’s topic was the impact of the financial reform bill on the mutual fund industry and the governance of mutual funds. BoardIQ is a publication of Money-Media, a Financial Times company.
