Ropes & Gray antitrust practice co-leader Mark Popofsky (Washington, D.C.), international partner Bill Kim (New York), and litigation partner Jane Willis (Boston) recently spoke on cartel, class actions, and the intersection of intellectual property and antitrust at a seminar in Seoul, South Korea. The October 13 event, preceded the G20 Summit which will take place in Seoul in November.
 
The conference, Recent Developments in the Field of International Cartel Enforcement and Intellectual Property Rights Abuse, attracted a large audience mainly comprised of in-house counsel, and featured speakers drawn from private practice, academia, and the Korean government.
