Banking partner Mark Nuccio discusses the impact of the Volcker rule and compliance for private funds in a Jan. 6 Compliance Intelligence article titled “Volcker Fallout Engulfs Private Fund C/Os.” Mr. Nuccio advises that fund sponsors should review investor lists to identify “investors that may be banking entities subject to the Volcker rule and look at the terms and conditions for things such as exiting the fund and transferring those investors’ interests.”
