Ropes & Gray represented Pittsburgh Glass Works LLC, a Kohlberg-backed company, in the planned sale of its insurance and services division for $280 million to Solera Holdings Inc. The deal was announced May 12 and is expected to close by June 30. The insurance and services division of Pittsburgh Glass Works provides auto glass claims management services and software and electronic connectivity solutions for insurance companies, parts suppliers and retail installers.
