Practices: Litigation, Business & Commercial Litigation, Investment Management, Corporate & Securities Litigation

In an Oct. 27 article published by the New York Law Journal, Ropes & Gray attorneys discuss litigation developments involving residential mortgage loan trusts stemming from the 2008 financial crisis. The article explains how, in the coming months, decisions are expected in two New York appellate cases regarding the statute of limitations and the approval of global trust settlements under New York trust law. Both cases will have an impact on the direction mortgage litigation will take. The article has been authored by business & securities litigation partner John Ertman (of New York).
