On Oct. 16, KarpReilly-backed Habit Restaurants Inc. publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the SEC for a proposed initial public offering of up to $86.25 million. Ropes & Gray represented Habit in connection with the filing. Habit is the owner and operator of the Habit Burger Grill chain, a fast-casual restaurant concept specializing in made-to order burgers and sandwiches.
