Ropes & Gray advised Sterling Partners, a leading growth-oriented private equity firm, in establishing a new partnership with Results Physiotherapy, a Franklin, Tenn.-based rehabilitation services provider. The transaction closed Oct. 3. Results Physiotherapy is now the seventh company in Chicago-based Sterling Partners’ active health care services portfolio.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partner Gregory Metz (Chicago) and included finance partner Alexander Zeltser (New York), and intellectual property transactions counsel Thomas Burke (New York).
