May 20, 2014) which, as discussed in the article, emphasizes that as the decision relates to e-discovery “any practitioner considering predictive coding should fully consider the judge’s reasoning and the potential pitfalls associated with the failure to consistently cooperate” when a party agrees to partake in an extensive joint electronically stored information protocol.
