The District of Columbia Circuit Judicial Conference Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services honored Ropes & Gray at the “40 at 50” event held on the morning of April 1. The Committee invited representatives of Ropes & Gray to attend the 12th occurrence of the annual event, which honored firms with an exceptional record of pro bono work over the course of 2014, specifically celebrating Washington-based firms with more than 40 percent of attorneys contributing at least 50 hours of work to pro bono matters throughout 2014. This is the fourth consecutive year that the Ropes & Gray pro bono practice has been recognized at this event.
