Investment Management Partner Discusses Increasing Amount of Material for Boards’ Review in BoardIQ
Investment management partner Greg Sheehan (Boston) comments on the increasingly large amount of information boards are responsible for reviewing in an April 7 BoardIQ article titled “As Board Books Balloon in Size, Some Wish For Editors.” Mr. Sheehan notes that “Boards are coping with voluminous materials right now as a routine part of what they do,” and suggests that management provide an executive summary of key issues or proposals in order to streamline the review process.
