Ropes & Gray advised U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) on its partnership with Greater Colorado Anesthesia (GCA), announced on Feb. 10. USAP is the country’s largest anesthesia-focused, single-specialty physician services organization. GCA is the largest provider of anesthesia services in the Denver metropolitan area and includes more than 120 care providers.
The deal follows on the heels of USAP’s recent partnership with Anesthesia Consultants of Dallas (ACD), which was announced on Jan. 22. USAP, which is sponsored by Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, also partners with other anesthesia groups in Texas and Florida.
The Ropes & Gray team advising USAP on both the GCA and ACD deals included tax partner Leo Arnaboldi.
