The Oct. 2015 issue of Risk & Compliance magazine features an article titled “Shifting Sands: When Tax Planning Morphs Into Tax Avoidance,” which examines the changing standards of the public and governmental regulators concerning permissible tax strategies. The article was co-authored by tax & benefits partners Kathleen (Kat) Saunders Gregor (Boston), Loretta Richard (Boston) and Brenda Coleman (London), and it features descriptions of seven actionable strategies designed to mitigate the risk of regulatory scrutiny.
