Genstar Capital Invests in PSKW
Ropes & Gray represented Genstar Capital in connection with its investment in PSKW, a leading provider of patient prescription medication assistance solutions and payment reimbursement services. Based in Bedminster, N.J., PSKW provides solutions that expand patient access and affordability for prescription drugs. From co-pay assistance cards, vouchers and debit cards to digital tools and pharmacy adjudication network, PSKW serves over 300 pharmaceutical brand teams to drive medication loyalty, compliance and adherence.
San Francisco, Calif.-based Genstar Capital is a private equity firm that targets investments focused on selected sectors within the financial services, software, industrial technology and health care industries.
The investment was announced Oct. 7. No financial details were disclosed.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partner Howard Glazer (San Francisco) and included finance partner Michael Lee (Boston); tax partner Lee Allison (New York); health care partner Deborah Gersh (Chicago); intellectual property transactions counsel Thomas Burke (New York); and antitrust counsel Deidre Johnson (Boston).
