On June 24, GC Aesthetics plc publicly filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed public offering of its ordinary shares. GC Aesthetics has applied to list its ordinary shares on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol GCAA. Dublin, Ireland-based GC Aesthetics makes implant products and specializes in silicone breast implants.
