Health Care Partner Discusses Breach Investigations at Fraud & Breach Prevention Summit

Deborah Gersh, co-chair of Ropes & Gray’s health care practice group and a recognized expert in privacy and data security, was a presenter at the Fraud & Breach Prevention Summit in Chicago on June 21 and 22. On the first day of the conference which hosted senior information security and fraud professionals, Ms. Gersh served as a co-presenter of a session titled “Case Study: When Government Oversight Goes Wrong” with Michael Daugherty, founder, president and CEO of LabMD and author of the book The Devil Inside the Beltway, and Tom Field, vice president of editorial at Information Security Media Group.
