London-based privacy & data security partner Rohan Massey discussed the impact of new regulations—the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and  the Directive on Security of Network and Information Systems (NIS)—at a series of conferences in Northern California. He spoke about “The EU GDPR and International Dataflows - What, When and Where Should You be Now?” at two Bay Area Association of Corporate Counsel Privacy, Data Security, and E-Commerce Committee Seminars, held in San Francisco and Palo Alto on Sept. 19 and 20. He also discussed “Cybersecurity Law (NIS) and the GDPR Together: A Perfect Regulatory Storm?” to over 100 privacy and cloud security professionals at the Privacy. Security.
