Mimi Yang and David Zhang Speak on FCPA Panel in Shanghai

Government enforcement partner Mimi Yang (Hong Kong) and counsel David Zhang (Shanghai) hosted a roundtable in conjunction with Chambers and Partners on “The FCPA Pilot Program: The Value of Self-Disclosure.” Held in Shanghai on May 16, the roundtable addressed self-disclosure under the FCPA Pilot Program, which was set to expire on April 5 of this year but has been extended indefinitely, as well as the effect of the Trump administration, and the future of the FCPA. In addition to Ms. Yang and Mr. Zhang, the panel included Katharine Bostick, assistant general counsel and director of compliance & litigation at Microsoft, and Christine Ng, ethics and compliance officer at GlaxoSmithKline.
