Ropes & Gray advised CCMP Capital Advisors, LP, and a consortium comprised of CCMP, MSD Partners, L.P. and Alberta Investment Management Corporation, in a definitive agreement to acquire Hayward Industries, Inc.
Hayward is a leading global manufacturer of residential and commercial pool equipment, with an over 90 year history of supplying high quality, technologically advanced products that improve the pool experience for consumers. The transaction was announced on June 19.
