Ropes & Gray Advises Cressey & Company in Acquisition of Majority Stake in StatLab Medical Products
Ropes & Gray advised Cressey & Company LP, a leading private equity firm with more than $1 billion in health care investments, in its agreement to acquire a majority ownership position in StatLab Medical Products from Prairie Capital LP.
StatLab is a leading developer and manufacturer of diagnostic supplies for the anatomic pathology laboratory industry. The transaction was announced on June 8.
