International law firm Ropes & Gray has advised Ensono, a leading hybrid IT services provider, on its acquisition of Inframon, a specialist cloud service provider.
Inframon is a UK-based cloud transformation company that is well-known for its expertise in transitioning large Microsoft-centric organizations to cloud technologies. The acquisition extends Ensono’s reach to support its clients in North America and Europe, and strengthens its Microsoft Azure service offering to meet the demands of its growing global client base.
The Ropes & Gray team included private equity associate Elizabeth Todd.
The deal, which was announced on 29 June 2017 for an undisclosed sum, follows the acquisition by Ensono of Attenda - a leading UK-based pure-play provider of critical applications and hybrid IT managed services - in September 2016. Ropes & Gray also advised on this deal.
