Intellectual property litigation partners Steven Pepe, Kevin Post and associate Lance Shapiro (all of New York) authored a Jan. 11 article published in Bloomberg BNA’s Patent Trademark & Copyright Journal on the Internet-of-Things and standard-essential patents as the next patent area for disputes.
