Industry experts anticipate this trend will continue in 2018. “There’s no question the pace of activity has picked up and management firms are being acquired and put together,” says Mr. Sheehan, in the piece. “If the acquirer doesn’t want separate boards, which they often don’t want, there are some people left behind.”
