An article published by Global Risk Regulator on Feb. 7 titled “ETFs: regulators step up fact-finding mission” reviews the increased scrutiny ETFs are facing from regulators on both sides of the Atlantic and includes remarks from investment management partner Jeremy Smith. “As the SEC came to understand ETFs better it imposed additional conditions on some of the newer registrants,” states Mr. Smith in the piece.
