Ropes & Gray Represents Goldman Sachs in its Sale of Sentinel to LookingGlass Cyber Solutions
Ropes & Gray represented Goldman Sachs in its sale of the Sentinel platform, Goldman’s internal risk threat management software, to Cyber Solutions. Goldman receives an equity stake (preferred stock) and a commercial license to the software as further improved and maintained by LookingGlass.
A team led by IP transactions partner Harry Rubin and IP transactions counsel Michael Kurzer advised Goldman Sachs.
