Laura D. Yockey Rejoins Ropes & Gray’s Leading Private Equity and M&A Practice in Chicago
Builds on the momentum of Ropes & Gray’s transactional practices in Chicago
Global law firm Ropes & Gray announced today that Laura D. Yockey has rejoined the firm’s private equity practice as counsel in Chicago.
Ms. Yockey represents private equity, public company and other clients in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, refinancings and general corporate matters in a wide variety of sectors, and has particularly strong experience in healthcare and life sciences.

Ms. Yockey received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, and was executive editor and associate editor at the Michigan Law Review. She received her B.A. from Illinois State University.
