Mergers & acquisitions partner Jane Goldstein is quoted in a March 26 article published in The American Lawyer that examines market trends and developments in M&A activity in 2019.
Ms. Goldstein explains “There’s lots of money in the private equity funds and they are now able, in ways they weren’t before, to compete with the strategics.” She notes even early in the new year, there is little doubt that private equity firms are ready to jump in and participate in M&A deals.
