Ropes & Gray advised Comprehensive Educational Services, Inc., which provides applied behavioral analysis and ancillary services to individuals and families affected by autism or having other special needs, in its sale to General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm. The transaction was announced on Jan. 15. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. The press release is here.
The partnership will enable Comprehensive Educational Services, Inc., or ACES, to scale its leading, evidence-based services to more individuals affected with autism spectrum disorder while further investing in talent and technology.
