Ropes & Gray Serves as Lead Counsel to Index Ventures in Raising $2 Billion to Support Emerging Entrepreneurs

Ropes & Gray served as lead counsel to Index Ventures on their recently announced $2 billion fundraise across two funds to support the next generation of entrepreneurs. The funds announced their final close on April 9. Index Ventures Growth V closed with $1.2 billion to invest in later-stage, growth rounds, and Index Ventures X, closed with $800 million and will be invested in earlier rounds for smaller start-up companies.
