Ropes & Gray Advises Arsenal Capital Partners on £178 million Proposed Acquisition of Cello Health
Ropes & Gray has advised Arsenal Capital Partners – a US headquartered private equity firm with a strong track record in the life sciences market – on the proposed acquisition by its portfolio company Value Demonstration Holdings LLC of Cello Health plc, an AIM-listed global healthcare-focused advisory group. This transaction marks the latest in a number of private equity transactions Ropes & Gray has acted on in recent weeks in the life science and healthcare space.
Subject to certain regulatory approvals, the transaction will be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement and is expected to complete in August 2020.
