Ropes & Gray Advises H.I.G. Capital in its Acquisition of Capstone Logistics

Ropes & Gray advised H.I.G. Capital in its acquisition of Capstone Logistics L.L.C. from an affiliate of The Jordan Company. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on Oct. 21, were not disclosed. The press release is here.
