Ropes & Gray represented Attentive Behavior Care in its sale to Proud Moments.

The transaction closed on September 24, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Attentive Behavior Care and Proud Moments are leading New-York-based providers of center-, school- and home-based autism behavioral health services for patients who are affected by autism spectrum disorders. 

The Ropes & Gray team that represented Attentive Behavior Care was led by M&A partner Michael Littenberg and private equity associate Anna Park (both of New York), corporate associate Kelley Cohen (Boston), and included health care partner Thomas Bulleit (Washington D.C.), employment, executive compensation & benefits partner Joshua Lichtenstein (New York) and tax associate Michael Mendelevich (Boston).
