Ropes & Gray advised AccentCare, Inc., a portfolio company of Advent International, in its definitive agreement to acquire Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The press release is here.
Seasons Hospice is a community-based organization with an ongoing mission to find creative solutions that add quality to end-of-life care. Advent International is one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors, and as of June 30, 2020 had $58.4 billion in assets under management.
