Ropes & Gray represented Boxy Charm in its sale to IPSY, forming BFA (Beauty For All) Industries. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on Oct. 30, were not disclosed. The press release is here

BFA (Beauty For All) Industries is a beauty innovation platform that is home to the largest beauty subscription brands in the world, IPSY and BoxyCharm as well as brand incubator Madeby Collective and the personal care essentials brand, Refreshments.
