Ropes & Gray Advises Solmetex in its Sale to Avista Capital Partners
Ropes & Gray advised Solmetex, a portfolio company of AVALT and Gemini Investors, in its sale to Avista Capital Partners. Solmetex is the industry's leading provider of amalgam separators and other waste compliance products to the U.S. and Canadian dental industries. The transaction was announced on Dec. 17.
