Ropes & Gray Represents Berkshire Partners in its Agreement to Acquire Comlinkdata

Ropes & Gray represented Berkshire Partners in its agreement to acquire Comlinkdata, a leading data and analytics provider to the global telecom industry, from its majority investor, Alpine Investors, and others. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on April 6, were not disclosed. The press release is here. 

Comlinkdata analyzes billions of data points daily to help the largest names in telecom understand and optimize network and subscriber performance. Berkshire Partners, a Boston-based firm, has 35 years of investment history. Berkshire Private Equity has made more than 130 private equity investments since its inception.
