Ropes & Gray advised Cressey & Company in closing its acquisition of Home Care Pulse, LLC. The transactions closed on July 30. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Home Care Pulse helps agencies in the home care industry and other post-acute end markets capture feedback and satisfaction scores from their clients and caregivers. Cressey & Company, based in Chicago and Nashville, is a private investment firm focused on building leading healthcare services and information technology businesses.
