Ropes & Gray represented Sandbridge Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: SBG), a special purpose acquisition company co-sponsored by affiliates of Sandbridge Capital and PIMCO private funds, in its definitive business combination agreement with Owlet Baby Care Inc. Upon completion of the transaction, the combined company’s securities are expected to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “OWLT.” The transaction was announced in a press release.
