Ropes & Gray represented The Vistria Group and Excellere Partners in its investment in SCA Pharmaceuticals. The terms of the transaction, which was announced on Jan. 21, were not disclosed. The press release is here. 

SCA Pharma is an FDA-registered outsourcing facility serving over 1,200 hospitals and health systems in the United States. The Vistria Group is a Chicago-based private investment firm focused on investing in middle market companies in the health care, education, and financial services sectors. Excellere Partners is a Denver-based private equity firm with $1.36 billion of committed capital across three funds which partner with entrepreneurs and management teams through recapitalizations and management buyouts.
