Ropes & Gray advised Ellucian, a portfolio company of TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners in its sale to Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners. The deal was announced on June 14. The press release is here.
Ellucian is a higher education technology provider. TPG is a global alternative asset firm with more than $91 billion of assets under management. Leonard Green & Partners is a private equity investment firm with more than $50 billion of assets under management.
