Ropes & Gray Advises TSG Consumer Partners in its Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Rough Country

Ropes & Gray represented TSG Consumer Partners, LP in its acquisition of a majority stake in Rough Country from Gridiron Capital. Gridiron Capital and Rough Country management will remain significant investors and the company will continue to be led by its current management team.
